The HD rollers was currently trialled by a client and it outperformed the control rollers. NO welding is ever used on any of our rollers, with TIR under 0.05 and perfectly balanced. We guarantee all our rollers will not allow any dust or moisture or build up of hot air inside them, that can exhilarate the damage to bearings. These rollers are less than half the weight of the steel rollers with interchangeable seals and bearings, due to our unique alloy solid end cap design, at less than half the new roller cost. The company have also developed a composite light weight roller that outlast any conventional roller or other composite/polyurethane roller. These rollers are 6 times the strength of any other carbon steel roller, suitable on return belts nearer the head and tail pulleys or in the vicinity of the counter weights where the tension and loads are greatest on the rollers. We have also designed a special hard case super heavy duty roller that can withstand the abrasive forces of the coarse minerals like iron ore and coal. They are guaranteed to allow the crews to change all the rollers from the safety of the walkway from only one side, in under 3 minutes per idler, even while the belt is running. Our units are presently trialled by major mining companies at different mine and port operations.
